We sell the same product used in crash-rated applications, but without third-party certification testing. If you need certified crash-rated bollards (K4, K12, ASTM F2656), we recommend a specialty supplier.
No, concrete filling is done on the jobsite during install. We deliver the steel pipe ready for embed and fill.
Schedule 80 has a thicker wall, more steel mass, and higher impact resistance. Most parking lot and storefront applications use Schedule 40. Schedule 80 is for higher-impact applications.
Bare steel is standard for interior and protected exterior installs. Galvanized is recommended for coastal environments, areas with heavy salt or moisture exposure, or anywhere long-term corrosion resistance matters.
